Life in the fast lane
Working as part of our Event Experience team, the Event Experience Coordinator is responsible for effectively coordinating aspects of event content associated with the staging of the off-track entertainment at our events. With a high level of multi-tasking event logistics & completing administrative jobs, this fast-paced role will increase the event enjoyment and event experience for all patrons and stakeholders.
This is a long-term contract position (ending 3rd April 2026), based at our Head Office in St Kilda, with on-site stints required closer to event periods.
In addition to above, you will:
- Working with the Event Experience team to assist with the delivery of off-track entertainment, with a key focus on precinct design of Lakeside, Pit Stop Park, Golf Course North and Motorsport Straight.
- Support in activations at event including Melbourne Walk, Fan Forum activities, the circuit-wide music offering & the general entertainment schedule.
- Coordination and on-site management of various off-track event entertainment activities
- Liaise with internal departments, key stakeholders and event suppliers to ensure optimal customer experiences at our events.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within Music & Event Entertainment.
- Qualification in event management, sport management or similar is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills, time management skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects at once
- The ability to work collaboratively with the team autonomously and independently
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain
