Life in the fast lane
As our Social Impact Coordinator, you will be joining a team of 10 who make up our Corporate Affairs & ESG team.
This is a long-term contract position (ending on 27 March 2026), based at our Head Office in St Kilda.
Reporting to the Social Impact Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, implementation, and execution of event deliverables for AGPC’s community and charity partners, and being an active member of the Corporate Affairs and ESG division.
Additionally, you will:
- Support the implementation of AGPC’s charity approach.
- Manage the organisation and implementation of select event deliverables in relation to AGPC’s charity and community program including activation sites, ancillary events and the ticketing and experiences program.
- Develop communications materials such as EDMs and information booklets for charities regarding their event experience.
- Management of charity enquiries and requests including the management of the charity inbox.
- Manage select charity experience’s at the event as their key point of contact including hosting charities and their clients at various experiences at the event.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience in the social impact industry including, working with not-for-profits, community organisations and charities.
- Event management experience is desirable
- ESG, Social Impact or Corporate Affairs related qualifications or relevant industry experience is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects at once
- The ability to work collaboratively with the team and autonomously and independent
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain
