Life in the fast lane
As a Customer Response Team Member, you will join our Customer Operations team.
There are a number of vacant positions to be engaged on a casual basis at the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Operations, you will join us during the event to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons through ingress, egress, wayfinding and general enquiries.
Additionally, you will:
- Proactively engage with patrons, demonstrating a friendly attitude and supporting patrons with general enquiries
- Provide wayfinding advice including but not limited to the precinct, gates, grandstands, facilities, shuttle stops, food and beverage outlets, amenities, first aid, sensory room and prayer room areas
- Assist with accessibility for patrons, including accessible shuttle services and any other accessibility enquiries
- Support the Venue Operations team with queue management
- Provide ad-hoc support as required
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience in customer service, major events experience is highly regarded
- Demonstrated achievement in and enthusiasm for the provision of quality customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to positively deal with unanticipated problems and challenging circumstances
- A current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or be willing to obtain
